1.2 ) Users under the age of 13 may register for the Nordliga Early Bird Signup program if they have obtained explicit consent from their parent or legal guardian. By registering as a user under the age of 13, you confirm that you have received such consent.
2. Data Storage and Usage
2.1 ) By signing up for Nordliga Early Bird Signup, you grant us permission to collect, store, and process your personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and any other information you provide during the signup process.
2.2 ) We will store your data securely until the official launch of the Nordliga platform. You can request to delete your data at any time by contacting us at hello (at) astoya (dot) com
2.3 ) Upon the platform's official launch, you will be automatically registered as a user on Nordliga using the information you provided during the Early Bird Signup. You will be notified by email and will be required to complete an onboarding process to access your account.
2.4 ) We may use the email address you provided during signup to contact you about the official launch of Nordliga and to send you important updates regarding your registration.
3. Newsletter Subscription (Optional)
3.1 ) During the Early Bird Signup, you have the option to subscribe to Nordliga's newsletter.
3.2 ) Subscribing to the newsletter means that you agree to receive promotional and informational emails from Nordliga. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.
4. Termination
4.1 ) Nordliga reserves the right to terminate your Early Bird Signup and delete your data if we believe that you have violated these terms and conditions.
5. Changes to Terms
5.1 ) Nordliga may update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
